Ideal candidates will possess a BS/BA or MS/MA degree, experience in Army projects, and obtain a DoD Secret security clearance. Preferred qualifications include a PhD in a related field and proficiency with R, Python, and Power BI.

The salary range is $80,000 - $128,000.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with a BS/BA degree or an MS/MA degree.
• Experience supporting Army behavioral research projects is required.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research using behavioral science principles and methodologies.
• Collect field data, conduct interviews and perform quality checks.
• Support development of research results through briefings and reports.
• Work cooperatively with team members for quality and accuracy.
• Interface with customers to meet their requirements.
• Collect data from various sources and develop data collection instruments.
• Work independently with professionalism and minimal supervision.
