Qualifications

• Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research using behavioral science principles in a government setting.
• Collect field data and conduct interviews.
• Support development of research results through briefings and technical reports.
• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Interface with customers and sponsors to meet requirements.
• Brief Army personnel and assess training outcomes.
• Devise analytical approaches and develop data collection instruments.
