Job summary

Humana is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Utilization Management Professional 2 for remote work with a focus on coordination and documentation of behavioral health determinations for Louisiana members. The role requires Louisiana residence, 3+ years of post-degree clinical experience, and proficiency with MS Office in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-degree clinical experience in direct patient care.
• 3+ years of Behavioral Health experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, navigating multiple systems and platforms in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document medical services and/or benefit determinations.
• Communicate with providers, members, or other parties to facilitate optimal care.
• Interpret criteria, policies, and procedures to provide best treatment.
