Job summary

Monarch Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide outpatient services remotely. The role requires NC-licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LP) and a Masters in Human Services, with 40 hours weekly from 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

You will conduct interviews, therapy, crisis intervention, and coordinate care across teams. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in individual clinical psychotherapy.
• Empathy and expertise to guide clients through healing journeys.

Responsibilities

• Perform interviews with individuals and/or families to aid in identifying presenting problems and determining diagnoses.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients of all ages.
• Assess psychiatric crises and coordinate with psychiatrists for crisis intervention.
• Maintain medical records in compliance with state and agency guidelines.
• Refer clients to outside agencies to meet psychosocial needs while protecting confidentiality.
• Provide crisis assessments and service coordination to maintain safety and appropriate care.
• Offer coverage for Emergency Services during hours and after-hours on weekends as needed.
• Stay licensed by meeting board requirements and participate in trainings to stay current.
• Build strong relationships with communities, agencies, and funding resources.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement activities and implement agency policies.
