Rula is a behavioral health company expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We partner with LMHCs, LICSWs and LMFTs who work as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, delivering telehealth sessions to clients.

As an LMHC in Washington, you’ll earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit. You’ll handle sessions and notes, while Rula manages billing, claims and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions with clients in WA.
• Maintain session notes and charting per policy.
• Collaborate with admin team for referrals and documentation.
