Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Providers are 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and do not have a minimum caseload. Compensation is $80 per hourly session with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims.

Remote telehealth work is available. Washington-licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC with an active NPI are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Washington (WA) as LMFT/LICSW/LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Telehealth capable.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients (individuals, couples, and families).
• Document session notes and treatment plans in the EHR.
• Manage your own schedule and availability.
• Rula handles billing, claims, and admin tasks; you focus on delivering care.
