Compensation starts at $80 per 53‑minute session (LMHC). Biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for cancellations and denied claims are included, along with admin support for billing, EHR, and claims processing.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington for telehealth.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC/LICSW/LMFT telehealth sessions in Washington state.
• Manage scheduling and client referrals with Rula's system.
• Handle notes; coordinate with billing and EHR teams.
