Minimum qualifications include LMFT, LICSW or LMHC licenses, a valid NPI, and Washington licensure to deliver telehealth.

• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington to provide telehealth.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.
