Qualifications

• Board certification in a medical specialty recognized by ABMS or AOA.
• Current unrestricted MD or DO license in CA, OR, WA or NV.
• Utilization Management experience and familiarity with accreditation standards.
• Active medical practice with leadership in clinical settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical leadership for utilization management and quality improvement.
• Perform medical reviews for UR, QA, and complex or new services.
• Support performance improvement initiatives for capitated providers.
• Assist in planning goals and policies to improve cost-effectiveness and care quality.
• Coordinate with provider networks and committees to implement recommendations.
