Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide assessment and evidence-based care to individuals, families, and groups via telehealth across the Behavioral Health and Primary Care Service Lines.

The role requires NM licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, with experience in outpatient and inpatient settings. We offer relocation allowance, CME allowance, and fully paid malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and state licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Experience providing behavioral health assessment and evidence-based care.
• Ability to work in outpatient/telehealth with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, triage, and manage patients with behavioral health problems in varied settings.
• Provide counseling and case management including assessment, planning, intervention and discharge planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical standards.
