Job summary

MedTrainer is launching a remote, paid 9-week BDR Academy beginning June 7, 2027. As a current student, you’ll gain hands-on prospecting experience, learn cold calling, objection handling, and Salesforce basics while supporting healthcare organizations with compliance needs.

You’ll be coached by sales leaders and peers, with opportunities to convert to a return offer or full-time role as a BDR or ASE. Graduation dates of 2028 or 2029 are expected.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university with an anticipated 2028 or 2029 graduation date.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Coachability and openness to feedback.
• Resilience, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Availability to start June 7, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 9-week BDR Academy starting June 7, 2027.
