Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across multiple states. The role includes conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

The BCBA will work with diverse teams to monitor progress, ensure ethical practice, and maintain thorough documentation, all within a flexible

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
