Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimums, no non-compete, and an expansion program supporting licensure in additional states, with a dedicated BCBA Success Manager.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
