Job summary

KB Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license for a remote, flexible role. You will provide ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, collaborating with a clinical team.

We offer part-time or full-time hours Monday–Friday, with pay ranging from $50 to $65 per hour. Join us to make an impact and grow with a supportive organization.

Qualifications

Active Tennessee LBA license required.
BCBA certification required.
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices.
