Job summary

CHILD COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOR SPECIALISTS seeks a remote BCBA Supervisor & Clinical Consultant to oversee telehealth and in-person sessions in California. You will carry a real caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, run caregiver training, and facilitate social skills groups.

Expect at least 30 clinical hours per week with 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours. You will manage time and documentation while communicating with families, staff, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment.
• Ability to adapt supervision to the person in front of you.
• Pursue current evidence-based practice independently.
• Manage time and documentation without constant oversight.
• Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership.
• Passes background check.

Responsibilities

The Role

100% remote, with oversight of telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes. You will carry a real caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, run caregiver training, and facilitate social skills groups. Minimum 30 clinical hours per week; 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours is the expectation, not the ceiling.
