Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. The role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The position is fully remote with flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseload, and no non-compete agreements. The BCBA Success Manager will support ongoing professional growth and licensure expansion.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
