Job summary
GreenLight ABA in Flagstaff, Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our dedicated team. As a BCBA, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism.
You will collaborate with therapists and other professionals to improve independence and quality of life, maintain detailed records, and help our clients make meaningful progress through
Qualifications
- BCBA certification required.
- Experience with children with ASD.
- Ability to supervise behavior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify areas of strengths and challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
