Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a BCBA to provide personalized ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will assess needs, create individualized plans and deliver high-quality sessions while collaborating with families and the care team.

The role requires Arizona LBA (BCBA) certification and a Master’s in ABA or related field, with 1–2 years of experience. Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, is available.

Qualifications

• Arizona LBA certification (BCBA) required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of ABA therapy or related field experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions for children with ASD.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain certifications.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
