Job summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our remote team on a part-time basis. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and coach families to implement strategies at home.

The role emphasizes telehealth delivery, collaboration with RBTs, and ongoing progress review. Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and at least 2 years of autism-focused experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with kids with autism (preferred).
• Solid telehealth/remote experience (preferred).
• Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing.
• Great communication and time-management skills.
• Able to stay organized and work independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and write treatment plans.
• Supervise clients and RBTs.
• Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coach and support families on treatment strategies at home.
• Keep regular contact with clients, families, and the clinical team.
• Be responsive and supportive to the needs of clients.
