Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

In this fully remote role, you will supervise behavior technicians, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful and measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
