Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is hiring a remote BCBA licensed in Mississippi to provide ongoing clinical oversight for ABA clients. This role blends initial assessments, treatment planning, and remote supervision to ensure high-quality services and payer compliance.

You will collaborate with clinical and admin teams, train caregivers, review data, and document progress while maintaining flexibility and adherence to Mississippi licensure and Medicaid/ payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Active Mississippi behavior analyst license is required.
• Experience conducting ABA assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Experience providing ongoing BCBA supervision.
• Strong clinical documentation and treatment-planning skills.
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with team remotely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Analyze clinical and behavioral data to identify treatment needs.
• Provide ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical oversight.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
• Provide remote supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and other clinical staff.
• Conduct caregiver training and provide clinical recommendations as appropriate.
• Review treatment data and ensure services remain medically necessary and clinically appropriate.
• Complete clinical documentation, progress reports, and reassessments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families, technicians, intake staff, and other members of the clinical team.
• Ensure all services and documentation comply with Iowa Medicaid, payer, and ABA requirements.
