Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role may transition to a hybrid model in the future with state-regulation-driven changes.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plan development, supervision, and caregiver collaboration. The position is fully remote now, with no caseload minimum or maximum, and opportunities for licensure support and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia BCBA licensure or currently licensed.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
