Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans for clients.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress using data.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Partner with Families to set goals and build trust.
• Manage Remote Caseload with quarterly travel.
