Job summary

Total Care ABA in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children and families, supervise RBTs, and contribute to data-driven treatment plans that drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• TN LBA license is required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists.
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
• Analyze behavioral and clinical data using Central Reach.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure quality care and successful outcomes.
