A dedicated ABA therapy provider based in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote position. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
Experience supervising RBTs and other team members is a plus.
Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Oversee behavior intervention plans by RBTs.
Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to RBTs.
Collaborate with other professionals for comprehensive client care.
Ensure documentation meets BACB standards and Georgia regulations.

Education
