Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. The role is currently fully remote with potential future hybrid work.

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
