Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role is currently fully remote with potential for future hybrid scheduling, and involves developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and ensuring documentation aligns with ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Georgia licensure as a Behavior Analyst or willingness to obtain
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• ABA services experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards compliance
