Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a remote, full-time role with flexible scheduling. The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure client progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
