Job summary

Behavior Plus ABA in Tennessee is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our remote team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support client independence.

The position offers flexible shifts, full-time or part-time options, competitive hourly pay between $65 and $80, and a full benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
