Horizon Blue is seeking a BCBA to support families remotely in a primarily virtual team. You will develop ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to guide child progress while adhering to ethical standards.

The role offers flexible scheduling and a competitive compensation structure (W2 or 1099), with a base around $60k for 15 billable hours weekly, plus $80–$90 per additional billable hour. Remote-friendly with a focus on outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold BCBA certification and NY licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs and developing ABA treatment plans.
• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
