BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role in Georgia. You will conduct ABA assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The position offers remote work with potential future hybrid adjustments, negotiable rates based on experience, and ongoing clinical support through a dedicated BCBA Success Manager.

Qualifications

• Background in ABA service delivery and data-based progress monitoring.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with families.
• Familiar with ethical and clinical standards in ABA practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical compliance.
