Job summary
BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across Georgia. The role is currently fully remote with potential hybrid transition in the future, and involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or willingness to obtain licensure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
