Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across Georgia. This fully remote role may shift to a hybrid model in the future with advance notice.

• Georgia licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards
