Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. The position may transition to hybrid with notice.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive clinical progress. Qualifications

• Eligible for GA BCBA licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
