Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services across Georgia. The role may move to a hybrid model with advance notice as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Qualified candidates hold GA licensure or eligibility, a Master's in relevant field, and ideally ABA experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or already licensed.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
