Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families statewide. This fully remote role may become hybrid with state-regulation changes, and entails assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver collaboration.

Georgia licensure eligibility or active licensure is required, with a master’s degree in a related field. Compensation up to $93/hour is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
