Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position with potential for future hybrid work, subject to state regulations and notices.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with caregivers. Licensure in Georgia is required or must be pursued; compensation up to $93 per hour with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for Georgia licensure or willing to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
