Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This fully remote role may transition to a hybrid model with advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, create treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work closely with caregivers to drive progress. The position offers compensation up to $93/hour, with negotiable rates based on experience and no caseload minimum or maximum.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred
