Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families throughout Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position with potential to shift to a hybrid model in the future, with advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress while ensuring ethical practice and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• GA licensure eligibility or current licensure as a BCBA in Georgia.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and provide clinical guidance.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical standards.
