Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This is currently a fully remote role, with a possible future transition to a hybrid model with advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress while maintaining ethical standards and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Georgia licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
