Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. The position is currently fully remote, with potential transition to hybrid as regulations evolve, with advance notice.

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to support meaningful progress while adhering to ethical standards.

Qualifications

Georgia licensure eligible or current licensure
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
