Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. The role may shift to hybrid as regulations evolve. You will assess behavior, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing CEUs, and strong clinical support from leadership, with opportunities for growth within a clinician-focused network.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia BCBA licensure (or willing to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavioral technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards

Education
