Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. The role offers full remote work with potential future hybrid mode as regulations evolve.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress. Excellent support structures, ongoing CEUs, and access to a broad network are provided.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia licensure as a Behavior Analyst or willing to obtain it.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
