A dedicated ABA therapy provider is seeking remote Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in North Carolina. Qualifications
1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
BCBA certification is required.
LBA license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board is also required.
Responsibilities
Observe patients and assess their behavior.
Meet with families to discuss treatment and progress.
Develop individual plans to improve behavior.
Create conditions to observe client behavior.
Formulate treatment plans sensitive to clients' needs.
Administer treatment and tailor interventions.
Suggest additional treatment as needed.
Stay updated on evidence-based research.
Advocate for inclusion of individuals with disorders.
Skills
Proven work experience as a BCBA or similar role
Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures
Excellent verbal and report writing skills
Calm, empathic, and patient nature
The ability to remain composed and adhere to best practices
Education
Relevant training and/or certifications as a BCBA
