Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial assessments and writing progress reports.
• Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans.
• Supervising and training BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
