Job summary
Jobot is seeking a dedicated BCBA to design and implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. This remote, full-time role offers a capped caseload, sign-on bonus, and a monthly bonus with no weekends.
You will supervise RBTs, monitor progress with data-driven decisions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, individualized care. The candidate should have a Master's degree in a related field and BCBA certification, with
Qualifications
- Master's degree required in relevant field.
- BCBA certification required.
- Experience with ABA therapy and ASD is essential.
- Excellent communication with families and medical professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ABA programs for clients with ASD.
- Provide supervision to RBTs and direct staff.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide direct therapy and parent training as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
- Adhere to BACB guidelines and participate in ongoing training.
