Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across states. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and coordinate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

This remote role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimum or maximum, and support for additional state licensure through the LBA Expansion Program, with a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to help ensure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
