Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to support a diverse client population. The role offers fully remote work with flexible scheduling, no minimum caseload, and opportunities for ongoing CEUs, professional growth, and collaboration with clinical

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
