Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This fully remote role requires residency in Nebraska, with 1:1 sessions once a month at the client’s home.

You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress. The position offers extensive training, strong clinical support, and a pathway for licensure expansion across states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Nebraska Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure or eligibility.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Education
