Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Compensation is up to $80/hour, with flexibility and support from leadership.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current BCBA.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
